I have been attemtping to follow the SS program for about 5 months and for lack of a better word, suck. I had to go to NYC last week and set up a 1 hour training session with Paulie Steinman at the South Brooklyn Weightlifting Club. Spent about 25 minutes working on my crappy squat form, before moving on to my horrible bench.He also suggested some exercises for my tight shoulders which I will start this week. I would encourage anyone who hasn't ever had someone really check there form to do so.

i have a question about caoching and am not sure if this is the right spot. I live in San Jose Costa Rica and am looking for a coach here. If anyone knows of any please post their info.
