This Sunday 7/27, ESPN's Outside The Lines will feature a story by Mark Fainaru-Wada on CrossFit. I was asked to participate in a discussion after the piece ran, with Russell Berger from CrossFit's corporate offices. The show airs at 9am EDT on ESPN, 10am EDT on ESPN2, and at 11am EDT on ENews. It should rerun through the week, but I don't have the schedule.

When they release it to the web, I'll post the link here.

Make your plans. It was a rather contentious discussion.

This is the first time in a really long time that I wish I still had ESPN.

I'll wait for the web version. Some prices are too high to pay, even to watch Rip eat a Crossfitter.

I feel a euphemism may have been used here.

What are the odds they edited your discussion to make you look like an idiot?

Methinks I smell mild understatement. Berger's known to be a bit of an ass.

So wait...are you involved in the crossfit story on OTL, or is your piece a separate show/discussion after the story?

Either way I'm sure you and Russell had a nice conversation about how barbells are a great facilitator towards better health and fitness. Right? RIGHT? right.....
