I was thinking back years ago when I saw an ad for a free bodybuilding report. It was the one Tom PLatz wrote. here is the link to the article:

If you scroll down to the end of the report, there is a 3 week increase your bench workout.
Ok, now fast forward a few years and now there is this program entitled Blast Your Bench by Lee Haywood. It too is a three week increase your bench workout. If you look here, this is what the workout looks like:

Now my question is did Lee Haywood just rip off the program from the TOm Platz report or was he somehow involved in the writing of the original? Also has anyone ever tried the Blast your bench program?

Yeah, I'm beginning to see that. I'm just curious if it worked for anyone. Might be something to try when a plateau comes around.
