Hi,
Plz comment my squat form. Atm im stil doing high bar instead of low bar but working on it.

You need to go deeper. If you do high bar squats, you should attempt to go well below parallel, until your hamstrings touch your calves. Hamstring extensibility does not limit depth on high bar as it does in low bar, so you may as well go as far as you can. If you want to do low bar squats, you still must break parallel, which generally isn't happening.
Also, doing high bar squats is not magically going to get your shoulders, elbows, and wrists ready for low bar. If low bar is your goal, you need to put the bar in the right place.
