Front Squat Critique
Hey Rip, I was hoping you would take a look at these front squats and tell me any feedback you may have.
This is a video of a heavy PR set, 245x4 @ 170. I was definitely being pulled forward.

That's about the way a heavy front squat looks. At heavy weights, they pull you over. It always helps me to cue "chest up" out of the bottom, like the first thing I'm driving up is the top of my sternum. That, and keeping elbows up, are your cues. If you're sure your knees are out, you're doing them right.
