Without the picture of the stick figure pirate on the front of my logbook, the title is a bit silly!

First, the dating info:

5'7, 180lbs, Male, 27 years old. 18% bodyfat.

I found SS after starting crossfit and not getting strong fast enough, though I did lose some inches.

When I started the program I did not have the SS and PP books yet, so youll notice that more recently I started deadlifting every session so my squat did not surpass my deadlift. Maybe I should have consulted the forums before doing so, but without internet at the time, im my own lab rat.


Much how the internet is a bit shakey over here(Afghanistan) so are the days I am able to work out. Whenever I had a long break I repeated the same weight as before, or only moved up a small increase.
