    With 70 kilos, really bad
Always when i get to the hole and get the bounce, my hip is going up and the chest stays in the bottom. I tried in this video to lead with the chest but its realy screws up my squat.
    How can i fix it?

Firstly, you should read the sticky at the top of this forum on how to film a form check. Then, you need to drive your knees out a lot harder. Even from the side, they appear to be collapsing inward on the ascent. Don't let that happen.

Since TomC is one of the uber form-checker teammates (along with Steve) I'm not going to say anything other than how in the hell do you make it through a workout with that music they play?

okay, I will film another movie from 45.
I hate my gym, only 1r rack, crappy music and only 2 Olympic bars.
but where can you find in Israel a better gym?

This. What the F is that music?

Your knees are going forward and it looks like your heels are coming up. Shove your ass back at the top and keep the weight over the mid-foot.
