this is my squat, and i'm pretty sure that if i will post it in the technique forum, allot of people usually say that its not low enough.
I wanna be sure that its low enough because in this my bottom position i feel that its the most efficient position for my hip drive, and i think that in this position my bounce is the strongest. i have been doing squat for some time (about a year-two), and my hamstrings wont be more flexible than that, i think if i would go lower, my technique will go wrong.
So i post it here to be 100% sure that its low enough and safe.
BTW i wanted to thank you for your books, its written in a very simple language that is easy to understand, even for teens that English is not their first language.

OP, read the sticky in the technique forum regarding taking video.
First and second were definitely below parallell. Third rep was probably below parallell, but not as clearly.
And yeah: less shitty = closer (no need to see the ceiling or large parts of the floor).
