once again alumni triumph. scored 2 tries. Felt great, especially since I haven't played in two years. Strength training had a great carry-over, conditioning was not an issue. I wish I had this size/ strength when I played regularly.

feeling a bit sore and umotivated, but i read enough articles saying to work harder, so I decided to gut it out.
squat 5x3x320 (new 5x3 / 5rm pr) felt like worksets but not too bad
press 152x4 / 152xfail / X (i think i was just gassed at this point, gonna give the press one more run before a reset)

bench 221x5x2 / 221x4 (failed rep 5) still (5RM PR). Thought I would get rep five but died at the bottem.
