    Not to be an asshole, but you are probably going a little too deep. Nice lift though, 2xBW squats are the "I'm not fucking around anymore" point.

    Very nice squats, I don't think the depth is a problem so much as the speed of descent.

    wow we are almost identical. i plan on hitting 2xBW as well in about 2 weeks.

    if one is doing SS, what 3x5 workset do you guys think can achieve that his weight?

    i'm currently at 295 but i don't know if i'm gonna make it next time...

    great job. you looked like you hit those very solidly. congrats. i am at 295 lb for 3 x 5 at 165 lb bw. trying to make it to where you are big dog. last squat workout i made first 2 sets of 5 but failed on last set. i was completely fatigued. don't know how to post a video on here so i'm pasting the youtube site:

    Thanks guys. I made it to 315x5x3 on SS at 175 lbs BW. Then I had to lose some fat so that I didn't fail my rope and choke, and ended up at 165. I'm probably at ~15% bf now. I have moved on to Texas Method and I really like the change. Good luck to you guys.
