These are my first and second sets at 345lbs. I wasn’t able to record my third because the gym was closing and I didn’t have my camera set up. I know my head is coming up and I am working on fixing it. Is there anything else I can work on? Thanks in advance!

Your stance is much too narrow, your keens are traveling too far forward, and your upper back is too soft. Widen your heel placement by almost a whole foot's width. Stop your knee movement earlier in the descent and closer to your toes. Read and apply the info in Bill Hannon's thoracic extensiob article.

    Someone say my name?

    I agree with Jeff's points:
Widen your stance, but only by about 2 to 2 1/2 inches.
Huge breath and put your back in extension at the top, proud chest!
Shove your hips back and lean over more a lot more.

Thank you for your response and feedback! I read the article seceral times and dropped the weight back down to 315lbs and began to build back up. Today I went 350lbs 3x5. I widened my stance for sure and worked on keeping a proud chest and tight back. Here are like 2nd and 3rd sets. Please let me know what else I can improve on. Thanks again!

Your knees are going about two inches too gar forward and they should be driven out to the side harder.

How do I keep my knees from traveling forward? Am I not sticking my hips back far enough? Thanks again!

The short answer is you make them stop moving forward. It's really about keeping tension in your hamstrings and, part of this, is keeping your hips back. Use a tubow on your warm up sets and that will help give you a good target.
