Hello folks.
I've been lifting for majority of my life, and in the past 3 years I was doing powerlifting training programs (mainly 531 and 5th Set.)
I picked up the Blue and Gray books a year ago and attended a local SS Squat and deadlift camp around the same time. (Thanks to Cody and Rebecca!)
In August of this year I decided to do a NLP and use the "Well Executed Novice Linear Progression" on page 90 of the gray book and an outline.
I'm 38 years old, 5-10" and weigh about 210lbs (up from 195lbs when I started 3 months ago) .
I'm on week 14 of the NLP and my squat is starting to fail.
Todays lift was 330lbs for a 3x5. I managed to get the first set of 5, and then proceeded to get 3 and 3 for the subsequent sets.
I'm thinking at this point I should change to a 3x3 or possibly the 3x5 with the 5% cut to sets 2 and 3.
Is one a better choice than the other? I can post vids if you guys think that will help.
Thanks!

Here is the third set.
Just for reference, here was the previous 3rd working set at 325lbs.
These squats are all above parallel, some worse than others.
Fair enough. I appreciate the form check.
I will drop the weight back and focus on getting lower.
Knees out will help.
