I wish there was a way to retract and delete the Starr Rehab thing, because you people are incapable of understanding when to use it.
At a bjj tournament. Got heel hooked and ankle locked.
Tapped quickly but still hurt.
Squats don't really train the area affected so Starr Rehab does not seem to work for this particular injury.
I'm wondering if any other bjj people on here have had this and what you did to rehab.

Did you try to work up to a heavy set of squats? If so, what happened? Did the pain get worse and worse? Did it just feel bad?
You need to add weight and see what you can manage, not just do the bar for sets of 20.
