gday mate, i never really worried too much about my bench press form cause i thought i had it down, and it has always been an exercise i have enjoyed and been comfortable with. but after videoing it, it appears to me there may be an issue there. i noticed a little loop down the bottom which i guess means shoulder or humerus movement.i do have a solid grip on the bar so i know there is no issue there. can you please tell me what you think the problem is and the best way to remedy. i am 85kgs, 5'9", this bench is a 4rm of 105kgs. will i need to drastically reset the weight and retrain the movement?

Just stay a little tighter (slower) on the way down, think about coming up stronger, and the movement will clean itself up.
