2nd squat post, see earlier at 210 first
While you've been out traveling, I've been lifting. 215, three sets. I had been lifting with the bar on top of the scapulae, these are the first low bar lifts I've done in quite a while. For these reps, I had my hand under the bar a lot more than I thought I did, will correct. The TUBOW is about 1 1/2" in front of my toe. I can see the bad reps, and in each one the upper back gets loose, which I think has been the main source of my forward lean on the push--upper back gets loose, bar comes forward in front of ball of foot, knees move forward to compensate, squat goes to Hell. Hands were very close in previous sets, here I've opened up quite a bit, pinky on the outer bench press band (my left shoulder is killing me now, btw, although it didn't start until later).
And I didn't hear them under my headphones, sorry about the conversation all over the second set from the guys hanging out at the combo pull down station--or have a laugh! One of them wore gloves with built in hooks for holding bars in, and he wasn't handling anything heavy.

The TUBOW has to be close enough to your foot that you actually touch it with your knee.
