Most of you don't need it, but it's cheap, and it might help the newer guys see the patterns. If in doubt, buy it.

Before you axe, we're working on the Android version now.

I don't need it, but I bought it. I'm playing with it while I watch E.T. and try the new Knob Creek Rye Whiskey.

    Thanks.

Are you assuming any other prior warmup (eg a session on the treadmill)?

With no prior warmup, With just the bar (ie 45lbs), my first two warmup sets are for 16-18 reps (upper body), and 12 reps for squats/deadlifts.

Hmmm, I've had this app for quite some time now. I'm a teensy bit confused.

I wouldn't do it that way.

    It's been rewritten.

Shouldn't the Power Clean say "5 sets of 3" instead of "3 sets of 5"? I'm going by the picture I'm seeing on the website. Or is that customizable?

Is this computed based on percentages of the work sets? Would you divulge the formula or something? Someone made a warmup calculator before in an Excel spreadsheet, (which I believe is still on the wiki.)

The numbers as it looks on the sample screens seem to have been adjusted a bit since prior editions of SS.

Ok, bought the iPhone app. Keyed in 40 for press, seems like minimum value is 45! What I meant is 40kg, all my weights are in kilograms
