Where do you guys position your hands on Bench?

I've been playing around with it lately, and I'm finding hands fully inside the rings works better than at the competition legal limit.

I used to put my middle finger on the rings. I've slowly moved my hands much further in. I am now a thumbs length from the smooth on my bar. However I think my bars smooth portion is an inch or so wider than most bars.

In high school I basically used a close-grip for all benching, with my hands at the smooth.

I also have shoulder issues so this may play into everything.

My standard grip puts the rings between my index and middle fingers. I am 6' tall.

I put my ring finger on the ring. I use a kinda close grip to take the pressure off the shoulders since I've been having some issues with my left shoulder.

I do the same, ring finger on ring. But I always thought this was pretty wide.

It's not wide for Coffees. Curtis and his crew bench a lot wider than that. Also remember that the wider you go the shorter the ROM but the more stress is placed on the shoulder. That position is just a bit wider than shoulder width for me (I'm pretty wide) so wide is a bit relative depending on the build of the lifter.
