I'm 55 and just started working strictly on strength. How do I incorporate cardio for heart health? I'm doing this program minus the jumping/plank day Access Denied. Secondly, is it possible to do a two a week workout and still make strength gains. I'm supposed to lift today, but I rototilled my garden and did heavy yard work and there and my body is just say no this morning.

Oh my god, that program is absolute crap. Don't do it. Buy Starting Strength: Basic Barbell Training, 3rd ed. Learn the lifts correctly, exactaly as described in the book. Do the linear progression.
