    Hey all,

Running SS advanced novice phase, deadlifts every 4 workouts going up by 5 lbs. I was supposed to do 335 lbs. the other day. However, due to training induced idiocy, I loaded 315 on the bar.
Since 315 presumably won't be very much of a stress to my body, could I perhaps do 335 lb. at the following workout, or will that be a bad idea? Should I skip a workout and do it then? I don't want it to detrain since by then it will have been almost 2 weeks since deadlifting the proper weight.

    6'3" BW 250 lbs. Squat 290 lbs.

I would just do the 335, unless the previous DL session was killer hard. Which I doubt at 6'3 and 250.

Do the 335 the next time you cycle around to deadlifts.

Deadlift again the following workout. You just got some extra volume.

Isn't the purpose of reducing deadlift frequency to allow for adequate recovery from deadlifting? Since it sounds like 315 wasn't very tough for you, I'd assume you'll be properly recovered for your next workout and ready to pull 335.
