Typical routine before a meet.
I've been watching some of your interviews with Marty Gallagher and Ed Coan. In a word, wow. But after hearing some mind blowing numbers I started to wonder what these guys at meets are doing leading up to their lifts. Are they warming typical to a training session, or just going straight to these huge weights?

I believe Marty wrote some books on the subject. Read Coan: the man the myth the method and The Purposeful Primitive.
