OK, you're right, the first video is a bad angle, but it's good enough to see some important stuff.

#1: Why are you not using your knees? Have you read SS:BBT, 3rd edition? What does it say about knee travel?
#2: you're squatting on your heels, not your mid-foot. This is, in part, because you think a sqaut is performed with no knee movement.
#3: Quit looking at yourself in the mirror. Put your head down and take a gaze point 4-6 feet in front of you on the floor, and don't look anywhere else.

Also, your second video didn't post.

Now, fix those things and post ONE (like the sticky says) video after you think you have, and we'll have another look.

Thanks for fixing the video link. Now, here's my commentary:

I know my head is a bit up but I position myself to look at crotch on the way down. Since there's a mirror in front of me.

Look: DON'T LOOK IN THE MIRROR.

    Is that plain enough?

OKAY! I'll just look at the corner of the floor, but is the hip drive and everything else good?

Maybe and maybe not, because right now you're trying to squat without moving your knees. Let's try starting with fixing the stuff I told you to fix first.

I did try that today, but I felt like if I moved any forward, I would just fall forward

Maybe you need to re-read the squat chapter of SS:BBT 3rd edition. I would suggest focusing on the parts that talk about knee travel, it's relation to back angle! and the correct bar path.

Also: are those actual weightlifting shoes?
