Using a belt for the first time as an intermediate
Been training for a while, squat in the 400s, press in the 200s, DL in the 500s, etc. but I never used a belt before, not even tried. This week I will finally receive my brand new 13mm pioneer belt (that is, if the spanish customs stops breaking my balls).
Anything I should have in mind regarding my programming? My idea was to hit the same numbers, perhaps taking a couple extra warmup sets for more practice with the belt. In a couple of weeks, judge whether to bump up the training weights.
