    • starting strength seminar october 2024
    • starting strength seminar december 2024
    • starting strength seminar february 2025
    Anyone on here serious about lifting in the Joliet Illinois area? I recently relocated here and I'm looking for a group and a *decent* gym... Suggestions and recommendations are greatly appreciated.

    "Opportunity cost" to lift there is a bit steep. I like my alcohol not made in a toilet.
