Increased 2.5kg every single week until I didn't.
5-10 pounds/week squat; DL was 15 pounds/week (however started very light as I had never done them prior to TM); press was slower 5 pounds per week with several repeat weeks, same with bench. I had done much more upper body than squats so was probably adv novice on squats, novice on DL, intermediate on press and bench when I started TM. It will depend on many things probably; age, where you are at in terms of your potential, how quick you recover, etc.
