Default Keeping knees out - squat form check?

Hey all, getting back into lifting after I screwed up the front of my right hip squatting a few months ago. I'm 90% sure that it came from letting my knees cave way too much. Once the weight got heavy it really screwed me.

After recovering and stretching, I'm starting to squat again with a focus on keeping the knees out and it's feeling pretty good. Here is my 3rd set of today at 155 lbs. You'll notice that there is a little bit of caving on the fourth and fifth reps. I have a hunch that this wouldn't be happening if I took a closer stance and/or didn't point the toes out quite so far. Would love a second opinion though. Thanks in advance!

(If anybody wants to see how bad my knee caving issue was pre-injury, take a gander here)

I've seen worse, but if your knees want to come in at 155, what is going to happen at 255? Work hard to push them out.
