Deadlift warmup in the new APP.?
Quick question. In the old app I was warming up with 45 for the first two sets. In the new app. The first two warm up sets starts at 135. Is that ok to start with, or is it to much to start with?

No bumper plates.
I was just making sure 135x2 was alright. I have the warm up app., and now the SS app.. The warm up for the deadlift starts at different weigjt than the older warm up app..

Do you always SQ prior to DL?
If so, you should be warm from the SQs. So then, for you I would set warmups at 95x3, 135x2, 175x1, 200x5. Progress as needed.
Once you are DLing 270-275x5 I would jump straight into 135x3 for warmup.
If you are DLing first (prior to any other work), then yes, I would start with just the bar. Especially if you are a masters lifter.
