Hi guys,
I've been reading the forum for about a year and working hard on my technique.
Here is my 245lb squat for 5 reps.

The only thing I can self-diagnose is that I need to keep my lower back tighter.
And yes, I know I need some weightlifting shoes. I'm traveling in South America at the moment and I will buy some shoes for Christmas.

Those look pretty good. Narrow your stance a touch and lose the plates under your heels. I realize you are trying to mimic the heel from a shoe, but that's not the best way.
