LPing back up after lockdown. Just wanted to make doubly sure these are fine.
I'm guessing I could fix:
-shoot hips forward faster, and possibly farther. Get more of a 'bounce' on the bar before pressing rather than a windup.
-my second layback seems to reach farther than my first.
-shrug harder at the top, maybe hold it for a little longer
Please let me know if I got this right or if Im missing anything.
I really appreciate the help!

I admit I'm not expert on the double layback but these look totally fine
