This might be a bit overly ambitious, but I think I should be able to hit a couple of these if I don't get injured and my bodyweight gets up to a leanish 235-245 (from a chunkier 220)
Those would be some pretty serious gains, good luck! I have to say, though, that the 315x20 is anything but fun. I think the hardest of those will be the press - that's a pretty huge gain.
