PC check, now from DL position
This is my first set. I figured out not to fuck around so much between reps on subsequent sets. I videoed my last set, but managed to cut my shoulders off in the shot.

Back extension could be better, I think. Anything else?

Dont come to a stop as you approach the jumping position. This really only happened bad on the first rep. Slam you feet back in to there foot prints after the jump. First 2 reps you did this well third you were forward. Last I think your jumping position should be about an inch higher on your leg.
