Coming back to TM after one week...
Hi, so I was very sick and with antibiotics at home, didn't go to work, university or the gym.
my last two workouts were
Friday- volume day
Sunday- Recovery day(very poor session, was getting ill that day)
I missed tuesday's intensity day and this friday's volume day.
Was wondering on how to schedule next week, I was thinking that a recovery day session would fit right, but should I go right ahead later and go for Intensity day with new weights? use my last PRs maybe? go down a few pounds?

You can probably play it by ear next week, see how you feel during your warmups to decide what to go for.
