    Hi
easy to find rip's strength norms for a 195 lb male (200 lb press, 300 lb bench, 400 squat, 500 dead), but i'm giving a presentation at work on Tuesday and could not easily find similar for women. I think i read it somewhere but it eludes my search skills. I didn't think it was the same for women (1x press, 1.5x bench, 2x squat, 2.5x dead) in regards to bodyweight. When I search for "strength norms for women" i get some pdf file. Any help?
    thanks

I guess you mean "women females." Probably 145-155.
