Will you get the same results from the LP if the workout is broken up over 4 hours as you would from completing the entire workout in one focused 90 minute session? I work in a gym and some days it’s tempting to weave my workout in between my clients. I’m curious if there is a disadvantage to this. Thank you.
I've never done this for clients before, but I've done it myself. It didn't seem to matter for me.
However, the inertia of getting the workout done is helpful when you do it all at once though. It can be mentally hard to get started again.
I might do it for chins nowadays, but I like to be fresh when clients come in and able to focus on that instead of thinking about what's going on next. So I don't like doing it for that reason.
