    Check out this video of Rich Sediv. He's in his late 40īs, doesn't look like he's ever been in a weight room, and can deadlift 670 at a body weight of ~198.

    When he did that set of 3, his forearms got 2x as big as they were relaxed. Haha.

    I'm not one to usually jump on the "look at his technique" type of talk, but was anybody else besides me disappointed at all those deadlifts?

    I can't see anything wrong with his form.

    Also, notice how his hands nearly touch his knees. This helps a lot. Quite a lot.

    Is it odd to anyone else that a gym with ~10 trap bars and what must be 500k worth of treadmills barely has 600lbs worth of plates to scrounge up?

    I'll look at them again. At first glance, it looked like some of those lifts had some rounded back issues.

    That can sometimes happen when you triple +600lbs.
