First post in a new log ... it's time that I finally put the old crap behind me and start somewhere new. I've taken 3 weeks off due to illness, travel, etc ... so, started back conservative ...

Superset with Dips: 3 x 10 at bw
Dead Lift: 365# - 5
conditioning:
10 sets of 20 unbroken double unders, rest as needed.

Bought a bike yesterday for our camping trips and keeping up with the kids!
Biked 35 - 40 minutes .. beautiful, cool and crisp day in the mountains!!
