    Coaches,

I'm 32 (at 175) and never lifter a barbell before January. My LP died a quick death, but I've been making steady progress with modified TM programming.

The first video was today's intensity workout at 210. Below is my volume workout from early this week at 165.

What improvements should I focus on? Thanks!!

Your LP did not die a quick death, you quit.

No healthy male under the age of 65 years old stops a properly run LP at less than BW.

Return to LP at 165, add 5lbs every workout until you miss, then reset, and do it again.

    It's gold.

Thanks, Mac. Any thoughts on form?

Here is the video I meant to post for my set at 210:

The only thing I can say with certainty from this video is that you you MIGHT have your feet a little wide and your hip drive could be a little more pronounced.

The thing I can say with certainty is that you are not doing the program.

The person yelling at you to look at the roof on the way down, is that your coach?

    Haha! Good question.

Actually that is one of the gym's bros, who I have ignored religiously.

Jordan trains at the same gym and has been helping quite a bit. He wasn't there this session...

Yeah, he is awesome. I've learned a lot from him.

Fortunately, he tends to do so whenever I'm around.

As long as I get to keep mine on. So that the children don't get scared away.
