    I only watched the second video because, as you know from reading the sticky, we ask that you only post one video at a time.

    Squats aren't bad, but your knees are traveling too far forward and you are on your toes a little. Don't let your knees go quite so far forward. Think of keeping the bar and the weight over the middle of the foot. Send your butt back a little more. Get yourself some weightlifting shoes, too.

    Is that a Leoko bar?

    I don't know what bar that is because there is no name or something on it......


    As far as knee travel on squats I'm already working on that but thank you for the advice.....

    One more thing left....

    It's my deadlift.I hope it's better now.

    Deadlifts look great. Now your task is to get three more 20 kg plates on each side.
