You're in eastern europe or the middle east right? Isn't that already pretty prevalent in your food?
"The amount of muscle you develop depends on your anabolic and catabolic processes. If you raise the anabolic processes in your body you’ll progress faster. Reducing the catabolic processes will also have the same effect.
Whether curcumin has an anti-catabolic effect during and after heavy training has not been studied. But we definitely want to try it out."

I am going to try this out. I have been getting a little of this stuff in my diet always, but I am going to eat larger amounts now that can be called a dose.
Looks like it also has anti-inflammatory effects similar to ibuprofen. and also inhibits weight (fat?) gain. and speeds fat burn.
Will report back.

No, raw onion and spinach is where true strength lies (you're too young around here to get it, but the long-time members will get it)
I am from central Asia. the amount we add to food is not enough to show any significant effects. but it is very cheap. I am going to buy 3KGs today (not the extract, the real thing), and also 250g black pepper to mix with it for better absorption (according to scientists mixing it with black pepper increases the absorption rate in humans up to 2000%). the interesting part is my people have been always mixing it with black pepper since ancient times.
true strength lies in balls. balls are the symbol of masculinity and brute strength. hunt strong animals and eat their balls.
Raw Garlic burns fat and psyches you up for lifting. it triggers the release of nor-epinephrine. it also makes you get kicked out of saunas.
Onion won't do anything. go with garlic. juice it and shoot it in your neck arteries for optimum results.
I eat a pile of turmeric everyday. I have never had a diet without it so cannot compare. But I just dont feel it helps much in this regard. Hocus pocus. It is however said to have some properties which help settle stomach ailments and also help preserve food. This I do believe.
