I'm 27/5'5"/175# and just coming off a stomach bug that cost me 8# and 1 training day. I deloaded 30# to see where I was at, and this was set 2. I've been working on driving the knees out and cutting the squat off at depth because I tend to hit a few inches below.
My biggest concern is that today's squat work cooked my lower back a lot worse than it usually does, and I'm not sure whether that's a form flaw or just the consequence of getting back into the lifts. Anything you see, feel free to blast away.
Also, sorry about the music.

I don't see anything particularly wrong with these squats. Maybe a hair too deep, but overall nice job.
