Squat depth check
So a week post-coaching and squatting has never felt better. Back issues seem largely fixed as is setup. Raising the bar a notch made a huge difference too, and my elbow pain is gone.
However I'm having trouble telling for sure if I'm hitting depth.

I realize black pants may not have been the best choice. I've conducted a detailed, multi-point cost/benefit analysis of performing and filming squats wearing my wife's yoga pants instead and as expected, the costs outweighed the benefits roughly tenfold.
