squat form check - grinder set
Still progressing linearly, although I've dropped the mid-week squat sets 20% and have deadlift and power clean rotating with chins and back extensions per advanced novice programming.
Squats feel heavy and bar speed is slow. Would like to request a form check to make sure nothing's getting out of whack as I move through the upper 200s.
Last set this morning, 270 pounds. Had to fight for the last two reps. I see my hips shooting back a bit on the ascent, especially on final rep. Anything else look off?
