Is this a weight training related injury ?
Hey guys , Last time I deadlifted heavy was 4 days ago , 2 days ago was just some upper body training.
I didn't feel any pain during the actual workout.
Yesterday I ate too much and woke up with nausea ,later in the day I started having a lot of lower back/upper glute pain , and fever.
I feel that pain especially when lying , so much that I can't go to sleep...
My parents said that I fucked with my spine and my body is reacting to the inflammation with fever....
I'd like your take on that , thanks.

The only relevant symptom is probably the actual back pain. Everything else sounds like what my parents would say -.-. Injuring your lower back isn't going to get you sick. Injuring your head, maybe.
What's the actual lower back pain?

Your parents are fucking wrong. Take some ibuprofin and lay off the weights for a couple days, and see what happens.
