Form Check for Squats and DL
I have a lot of work to do on my DL form, but my sqauts may be a bit better. Some cues would help tremendously. I've watched the DVD and am trying to emulate what SS says.
Squat
DL warm up
DL work set
Am I looking up too much in the DL? I know I've got a problem bending my knees before the bar clears on the way down.
