    I dunno. I haven't look at it that hard, admittedly.

    Wendler posted a link from his site, so I posted it here. How long did he do the Smolov?

    I think he's testing his maxes to determine what weights to use on Smolov. He attained those maxes using 5/3/1.

    Oh ok, it wasn't clear from the vid. I know smolov can have some serious gains on squats in a relatively small time..

    Regardless, that is ridiculous progress. I barely made gains like that in 2.5 years on 5/3/1. I must be doing shit wrong

    Same here. It doesn't look like he had to deload for an entire year. That alone will set you back 3 months+.
