This is funny, I moved from there just about a month ago.The big gyms are no bueno. Monument Fitness is your best bet no doubt. Rogue bars, plenty of plates, and racks, the owner was a body builder and she is nice and doesn't care if you dead lift heavy.
Good luck, I eventually went to a home gym. There are a lot of outdoor things to do and this thread is making me miss the area. Good luck!
