Looking for a coach in the Wichita, KS area. Checked the directory, but apparently no SS listed coaches in the state. Be that as it may, are there any coaches on this board who have a recommendation for a strength coach in the south central Kansas area?

The two drives I've made to see SS coaches are two of the most important drives I've ever made. One was 2 1/2 hours for coaching, and the other was 13 hours to the seminar.

It's worth it to take a trip. I drove 4+ hours to see Steve, and just the one session was invaluable. If you pay attention you learn how to self-correct a lot of problems and can do subsequent checks by video.

Before I realized that Steve was only an hour away, I was almost ready to drive to NC for a camp as there wasn't one scheduled for Atlanta. If you are a noob, sooner the better. Seeing the value that good coaching provides, I would be willing to drive a few more hours, if required. Looks like Wichita Falls is only 4 hours away. Do it!

According to Mapquest, only 4 hour and 15 minute drive to Springfield Missouri where STRONG Gym is. You won't be disappointed!

I drove 7 hours to Strong Gym. Worth it. Except it will kind of ruin any other gym for you.
