Following up from here: Weird problem while walking seems to come from squatting

Basic info: I'm 33 this month, 5' 11", 215 lbs. Have lifted before and attained a 265 lb squat, but "life happened" for several months so I'm building back up now, paying special attention to form.

Here's my fifth set from this morning:

    Here's the first set: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rTJOPTsM0HA

    And the third: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ziK64tuWJ5s

I know I'm rocking forward too much on at least some of them. Other than that, everything feels fine...except for that odd problem in my knees as my legs get stronger.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

You are doing a high bar squat without really holding on to the bar while wearing running shoes. Are you intending to do a low bar squat? Have you read the book?
