    On p. 95 in the new PP under "impatience and greed" subheading, Rip talks about how we keep intensty high and "drastically cut volume" during a reset....I thought volume was the number of reps/sets that we do and intensity is the poundage? So wouldn't a 10% reset be a slight intensity reduction with no drop in volume, since you're still doing 5x3?

    Volume = weight x reps
