    Default Squat depth check

    Hi Coaches,

On Monday, for the second time in the last two months, I dropped half a hundred from the bar in an attempt to find consistent depth. Still searching.

This video of my third set is a good example of how my depth seems to change between reps:

Are any reps too high? Too low? I know the angle isn't appropriate for a form check, and it's obvious my head is up (checking out my sorry ass self in the reflection), which kills my drive, but if any other technical issues are obvious, I would really appreciate the feedback.

Thanks for any advice you can provide.

Worry more about keeping your back flat. Also the bar is in the wrong spot if you're attempting a low bar squat. Read the book, watch some videos, put the bar in the right spot, lift your chest, set your low back and get your knees out of the way. Depth will be a non-issue.
