    Default Squat Form Check

    Hey, could y'all please critique my squat form? I'd really like to nitpick my form before I move on to anything heavier. The main things I'm concerned about are 1) Sitting back far enough so that the bar is over my mid-foot 2) Coming up out of the hole with good hip drive (but not doing a good morning) 3) My god-awful butt-wink.

    Point your toes out more than you want to.
    Shove your knees out more so they are inline with your now-more-pointed-out toes.
    Cut your depth off a lot higher (your butt wink will go away if you stop going too deep).
    Drive your ass up; do not lift your chest.

    Fix. Repost.
